Emily&Charlotte opened its small boutique in Manchester in 1991. Behind the brand were two young sisters, Emily and Charlotte, who learned everything from their mother at her sewing machine.
For 35 years they dressed the women of Manchester by one simple rule: “Would you wear it yourself?”
This year the shop passes to Olivia, Emily’s daughter, who grew up surrounded by fabrics, patterns and women’s fashion. Olivia is bringing in a new collection — and everything Emily and Charlotte chose so carefully over the years is now on offer with up to 70% off.
