1. Who we are

By placing an order on this website you accept these terms.

2. Our products

We try to show every product as accurately as we can. Colours, measurements and details may vary slightly because of your screen settings and because garments are made in batches. All products are subject to availability. We may change or withdraw products at any time. This does not affect orders we have already confirmed.

3. Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling. The price shown is the price you pay: any tax due is already included, and delivery is free. We may change our prices at any time, but not for orders we have already confirmed. If we spot an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure the details you give us are correct, complete and up to date.

We may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing error, if we suspect fraud, or if we cannot fulfil it. If we do, we refund you in full straight away.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We never see or store your full card number.

6. Delivery

See our Delivery policy. Unless we agree otherwise with you, we deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.

7. Cancelling and returning

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Our Returns and refunds policy sets out the full detail, and your rights if something is faulty.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to Emily&Charlotte or to their respective owners, and are protected by law. You may not reproduce them without our written permission.

9. Your data

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy policy and UK data protection law.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We are not liable for temporary interruptions to the website, or for damage caused by using a product in a way it was not intended to be used.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Changes take effect when we publish them here and do not apply to orders placed before that.

12. Complaints

Write to info.emilycharlotte9@gmail.com and we will look into it and reply as quickly as we can. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can get free, independent advice from Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133 or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and you keep the protection of any mandatory rules of the law where you live.
